My classes are all at intermediate level, for people with at least one year's experience of Yoga.
My style of Yoga is Classical Integral Hatha Yoga - including Yoga Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing practices), Relaxation, Meditation and the basics of Yoga Philosophy.
