 1: The Rishikesh Sequence
Some experience of yoga is necessary for the practice of this Audio Yoga recording.
This sequence is noted for its effect on the entire physiological system. It includes nine asanas:
- Sarvangasana (Shoulderstand)
- Halasana (Plough)
- Matsyasana (Fish)
- Paschimottanasana (Sitting Spinal Stretch)
- Bhujangasana (Cobra)
- Salabhasana (Locust)
- Dhanurasana (Bow)
- Ardha Matsyendrasana (Spinal Twist)
- Sirsana (Headstand or variation)
- A version of Yoga Nidra (Wakeful Sleep). A deep relaxation technique leading to a state of complete rest
