3: A Path to Meditation
Bands 1-6: This is an introduction to meditation and leads through the process of physical relaxation, control of the breath and withdrawal of the senses; through concentration to meditation. It explains what meditation is, Why do we meditate? and How do we meditate? There is then a suggested meditation practice.
Band 7: This is a separate more symbolic approach to meditation which symbolically illustrates the transition from 'brain function' to 'mind function' and to the meditative state.
